RMA & Field Service

Owning the returns program end to end and making sure service technicians have everything they need to fix customers' solar systems efficiently — ideally on the first visit.

Maker & Hardware

Raspberry Pi builds, MicroPython firmware, 3D-printed enclosures in Fusion 360, and laser-cut parts — turning ideas into working prototypes on the bench.
